Trained Associates

Clean-Tech Company believes quality starts with our associates.   They are the frontline of our company.   The individuals our customers see everyday are our associates.   As a result, we are committed to recruiting, training and motivating the highest caliber of associates available.   We have developed an in-service training program for associates that addresses proper methods of custodial services.   Training is achieved through a variety of experiences, both formal and informal, in combinations of group, individual, on the job, classroom and video techniques.   The end result is associates who are trained and cross-trained to provide our clients with a clean and safe environment.
