Quality Assurance

Clean-Tech is committed to providing quality service to our customer base.   In order to amplify this service, Clean-Tech utilizes a Quality Assurance Program that is administered by all levels of management.

The Project Manager will conduct a walk-through inspection prior to the end of each night shift.   The findings of these inspections are shared with individual cleaners.   Both positive and negative aspects of the inspection are discussed and corrective actions, if necessary, are immediately taken to improve service quality.

The Operations Manager will conduct a walk-through inspection on a weekly basis and will complete a Quality Assurance Inspection of the building.   The Operations Manager will, upon completing the inspection, discuss the findings with the Project Manager and discuss corrective action, if necessary.   The Operation Manager's inspection results are provided to the General Manager and other members of management to keep them appraised of the state of the building. During monthly Operational/Management meetings the results for the current and past months' inspections are openly evaluated and discussed.

Beyond nightly, weekly and monthly inspections conducted by in-line managers, Clean-Tech has instituted a third level of inspection unique to the industry.   Our Quality Assurance Auditor operates independently of our operations department, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President.   The Quality Assurance auditor is an accomplished Clean-Tech manager with over twenty years experience.   His background and experience make him uniquely qualified to serve in this capacity.   The auditor inspects Clean-Tech accounts on a monthly basis and reports his findings each day.   This type of independent inspection and reporting ensures that all service issues are responded to and corrected immediately.   The inspections are excellent tools to evaluate our service delivery and identify both problems and excellence.
