We have been very pleased with Clean-Tech’s performance at Timberlake Corporate Center. The
number of complaints we were receiving with the previous janitorial provider has been virtually eliminated.Follman Properties has been especially happy about the low turnover rate we have experienced since Clean-Tech took over services. Many of our tenants have high security standards, and seeing the same custodian night after night is extremely important. Also, we thought you should know how much we appreciate the support of the Clean-Tech management staff. Our experience is that any problems are resolved quickly and accurately.
