Maryville Centre

I am happy to provide a recommendation based on my experience with Clean-Tech in starting up a new building in Maryville Center. During the phased move-in of the new tenant and during the phasing in of completed floors from construction, Clean-Tech was most flexible and accommodating in their staffing and their schedules. Clean-Tech involved management to help evaluate on a daily basis what staffing was required and planned accordingly. Clean-Tech made the transition from construction to a fully occupied building a smooth process for me. Since that time and now that the building is fully operational, Clean-Tech has continued to provide constant and quick follow-up with any requests that have been made. They have been flexible to adjust staffing and scheduling and have worked diligently to respond to the demands of the tenant. It has been a pleasure working with Clean-Tech and their staff and I look forward to a continued relationship.
